Founded in 2021 by Alice Parmiter and Wynter Karo, Pimentae began in a London kitchen with little more than a love for tequila, their life savings, and an ambitious idea. Inspired by their travels in Mexico and frustrated by the UK’s shot-based tequila culture, the pair set out to change perceptions and elevate the drinking experience with bar-quality, ready-to-serve cocktails made for sipping – not slamming.
Fast-forward to today, and Pimentae is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in over 900 locations, including Waitrose, Ocado, Selfridges, John Lewis, Co-op, Wahaca, and even British Airways. Their products – available in bottles, cans, bag-in-boxes, and kegs – are crafted with premium tequila and natural ingredients, offering a full sensory experience enhanced by bespoke artwork from female artist Morgan Dagata.
