Molly’s Curated Edit: A Selection Of Her Most Inspired Stays

As the founder of Curated Spaces, Molly Cooper has made it her mission to spotlight the world’s most thoughtfully designed boutique stays—places where aesthetics, storytelling, and a strong sense of place converge to create truly memorable experiences.

Following the incredible journey of launching the Curated Spaces podcast and building a vibrant community of over 40,000 like-minded travellers, Molly shares with us a handpicked selection of her most inspired stays. From countryside escapes rooted in regenerative farming to coastal retreats that balance elegance with ease, this edit captures the kind of spaces that leave a lasting impression.

We recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Molly for an in-depth interview, where she shared the evolution of Curated, the power of intentional travel, and how design can transform the way we experience the world. Molly also shared a curation of secret restaurant finds and recommendations.

Boath House, Scotland

Boath House is just about to re-open under new management, and I can’t wait for the big reveal. It’s one of those places that completely reshapes your idea of a luxury stay - a restored Georgian mansion on Scotland’s wild northeast coast with pared back interiors designed to make you slow down.

What makes Boath truly special, though, is its connection to creativity and community. It’s not just a hotel; it’s a space where artists, makers, and guests naturally come together, whether that’s through the ever-evolving art collection, its carefully curated residency programs, or the intimate fireside dinners that make you feel like you're staying at a friend’s (very beautiful) country house.

Fowlescombe Farm, Devon

Fowlescombe Farm is just about to open, and I cannot wait to check it out. This regenerative farm stay tucked away in the rolling hills of Devon is all about getting back to nature, but in a way that feels elevated rather than rustic.

The farm itself is an ecosystem, every element, from the soil to the animals to the people running it, is carefully considered while the design is contemporary and cosy. Top of my bucket list for 2025!

Louma, Dorset

This brand-new opening overlooking the Jurassic Coast is going to be big. Not only are the interiors just gorgeous with muted tones and natural textures, but its whole ethos is about unwinding and exploring the space’s vineyards, stables, spa and grounds.

Louma also has an incredible list of activities, from yoga and Pilates to horse riding and wine tasting, to choose from during your stay plus there’s everything you need to keep kids entertained while you check out the (rather lovely) spa facilities.
