The WOW! Factor Returns: An Exclusive Look at WOW!house 2025

Since first opening its doors in 2022, WOW!house at Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour has lived up to its name — wowing thousands of visitors, earning critical acclaim, and making a difference through its charitable partnerships. The show has gone from strength to strength, establishing itself as a defining moment in the design calendar and an international celebration of creativity and craftsmanship.

Built afresh each year in the Design Avenue, WOW!house is a collaborative masterpiece, bringing together the world’s most visionary designers and brands. Each immersive space offers not only artistic innovation but also deep storytelling, design experimentation, and trend forecasting.

At The Fluxx, we’re excited to be returning for WOW!house 2025, a year that promises even more ambition, bold design, and compelling narratives. Below, we introduce this year's incredible line-up of talent — from established icons to rising stars — each one paired with a sketch of their space.


ALEXANDER HOYLE – Garden Room


Inspired by the romantic essence of an English country garden, Alexander Hoyle brings his lush and expressive vision to WOW!house 2025. Drawing from his botanical training and passion for decorative arts, his room combines green architecture with floriferous planting in a space that’s both fanciful and refined.


DARREN PRICE – Adam Architecture Facade


“The façade is a space that feels instantly familiar yet subtly reimagined.”

As director at Adam Architecture, Darren Price brings his expertise in classical restoration and contemporary reinterpretation to WOW!house. Rooted in Georgian design language yet resolutely forward-thinking, his façade offers a powerful first impression—bridging past and present through elegant proportion and timeless detail.


VICTORIA DAVAR (Maison Artefact) – Cox London Entrance Hall


“It’s wonderful to have this opportunity to completely embrace the creative process.”

Maison Artefact founder Victoria Davar sets the tone for WOW!house with an ethereal entrance hall designed in partnership with Cox London. Her signature style—an elegant fusion of French and Swedish antiques with minimalist calm—welcomes visitors into a serene and atmospheric space where simplicity meets the extraordinary.


CHAD DORSEY – Fromental Drawing Room


“My room is a richly layered retreat… a social club reinterpreting Arts and Crafts influences.”

Award-winning designer Chad Dorsey channels his signature “relaxed luxury” into the Fromental Drawing Room. Inspired by the intimacy of international members’ clubs and blending British and American Arts and Crafts, the space is deeply textured, sophisticated, and designed for connection.


STAFFAN TOLLGÅRD – Phillip Jeffries Study


“Each piece is thoughtfully designed to serve a purpose while also standing as a work of art.”

Award-winning designer and global tastemaker Staffan Tollgård brings his signature functional sculpture philosophy to the Study, in partnership with Phillip Jeffries. The room is designed to support work, creativity, and reflection—with every element curated for beauty and purpose. Expect Scandinavian sensibility with international sophistication.


ALEX DAULEY – Nucleus Media Room


“The vibe is sexy, luxurious sophistication—an immersive, cocooning space for connection.”

Recognised as one of the UK’s most important rising design voices, Alex Dauley crafts a rich and layered media room that captures a new stage in life and lifestyle. Drawing on themes of luxury, intimacy, and reinvention, her concept channels aspirational living through thoughtful spatial storytelling.


SPINOCCHIA FREUND – Stark ‘The Curator’s Room’


“A space designed to intrigue, inspire and spark conversation.”

Brigitta Spinocchia Freund’s visionary eye transforms her room into a gallery-like sanctuary, merging collectable furniture, curated art, and tactile materials. With a focus on female-oriented artwork and bold design gestures, this space is a celebration of the personal, the powerful, and the unexpected.


TOMÈF DESIGN – Fortuny + Bonacina + Barovier&Toso Primary Bedroom


“A luxurious Venetian suite showcasing the legacy of Italian craftsmanship.”

Tommaso Franchi of Tomèf Studio presents a dreamlike primary bedroom, layered with texture, heritage, and refined materials. Featuring lighting by Fortuny, furniture from Bonacina, and crystal by Barovier&Toso, the space pays tribute to Italy’s design legacy while offering a modern, romantic escape.


1508 LONDON – House of Rohl Primary Bathroom


“WOW!house is a celebration of community, collaboration and creative excellence.”

Known for their architectural rigour and timeless detailing, 1508 London partners with House of Rohl to create a bespoke bathroom experience that elevates function into a form of fine art. Expect a tranquil, tactile space grounded in natural materials, artisanal finishes and architectural finesse.


DANIEL SLOWIK – Treasure House Fair Morning Room


“An interior should have a special character—storied artworks are the magic ingredient.”

Interior decorator and antiques dealer Daniel Slowik channels his deep appreciation for English Couture style into the Morning Room, inspired by collectors and connoisseurs. This richly curated interior blends historic elegance with soulful detail, telling stories through old and new treasures alike.


GODDARD LITTLEFAIR – Perennials and Sutherland Courtyard


Inspired by a recent boutique hotel project in Marbella, Goddard Littlefair’s serene outdoor space blends Andalusian gardens, Moorish architecture and North African influence. The courtyard is conceived as a “place to stop, breathe, and soak in a moment of tranquillity before continuing on” — an oasis in the heart of the show. The London and Porto-based studio is known for its distinctive hospitality projects that exude quiet luxury, and this design promises a soulful sanctuary.


EMMA SIMS-HILDITCH – Sims Hilditch Courtyard Room


Channeling the heart of the countryside, Emma Sims-Hilditch transforms the Courtyard Room into a reimagined boot room — complete with dog-washing station, antiques, and bespoke joinery. Her collaboration with Marlborough Tiles is set to deliver a warm and characterful focal point. “A refined take on the classic country house entrance and modern mudroom,” the space perfectly captures the studio’s signature balance of function and charm.


ALESSANDRA BRANCA – Casa Branca Bedroom


Rome-born and Chicago-based, Alessandra Branca infuses classical beauty with comfort, elegance and a touch of whimsy in her dreamy bedroom scheme. Anchored by rich textures, saturated colour and curated antiques, the Casa Branca Bedroom channels European sensibility with American sophistication. With her infectious energy and timeless style, Branca creates a space that feels both luxurious and deeply personal.


LAURA HAMMETT – Samuel Heath Bathroom


Laura Hammett’s luxurious bathroom for Samuel Heath pushes creative boundaries, offering a tactile exploration of texture, scale and form. “We wanted to create something unexpected — to spark real conversation and palpable emotion,” she says. Known for their bespoke approach to residential design, the Hammett team here embraces experimentation and spectacle in a room that redefines what a bathroom can be.


KELLY HOPPEN CBE – Visual Comfort & Co. Living Room


The living room by Kelly Hoppen is a masterclass in storytelling through objects and light. With art, photography and vintage artefacts layered throughout, the space is “tactile, moody and unexpected,” enhanced by sculptural lighting by Visual Comfort & Co. Her trademark fusion of symmetry and neutral tones meets bold pattern and texture in a room designed to surprise and soothe in equal measure.


PIRAJEAN LEES – Dedar Library


A moment to pause and reflect. That’s the intention behind Pirajean Lees’ dramatic library for textile house Dedar. “Expect the unexpected,” say co-founders Clemence Pirajean and James Lees. Their layered, atmospheric concept challenges perceptions and immerses visitors in an unconventional narrative space. Known for iconic hospitality projects like The House of KOKO and Kioku by Endo, the studio promises a daring and thought-provoking room.


NICOLA HARDING – Drummonds Powder Room


Nicola Harding delivers a jewel-box of inspiration in her whimsical powder room, created in partnership with Drummonds. “Since you’ll most likely be alone in this room, it is somewhere to have a moment of respite and delight,” she notes. Known for her soulful, story-rich interiors, Harding’s design invites introspection and a sense of quiet luxury within a compact, highly personal space.


PETER MIKIC – Benjamin Moore Dining Room


Bringing cinematic glamour to the dining room, Peter Mikic collaborates with Benjamin Moore to showcase his signature use of colour and bold pattern. “We want to create a beautifully designed space that is inviting and homely — somewhere you actually want to spend time, linger, and take in the finer details,” he says. A space for entertaining and indulging, this room is all about curated drama and elegance.


TONI BLACK – Shepel Home Bar


Toni Black’s experience in luxury hospitality design comes to the fore in her immersive home bar, presented in collaboration with Shepel. With over 25 years of leading landmark projects around the globe, her approach blends storytelling, precision and innovation. The bar is imagined as a theatrical, richly detailed environment — a space to socialise, connect and experience the joy of design.


Thurstan – Hector Finch Snug

“We imagined a snug office where lighting is tested, books are read, and ideas are born.”

Led by James Thurstan Waterworth, Thurstan brings an evocative and personal space to WOW!house. Collaborating with lighting brand Hector Finch, the design conjures a warm, contemplative snug—perfect for design thinking and quiet immersion.

Ben Pentreath Studio – Lopen Joinery Kitchen

“A warm hug of a space, like something from an illustrated storybook—nostalgic, but with edge.”

Ben Pentreath Studio, with Rupert Cunningham and Leo Kary at the helm, delivers a richly textured kitchen using natural materials and earthy tones. Designed to be lived in, layered, and loved, this room evokes both comfort and curiosity.


Randle Siddeley – McKinnon and Harris Garden Terrace

“A luxurious retreat… a garden room for entertaining and connecting with nature.”

With five decades of landscape expertise, Randle Siddeley transforms the terrace into an elegant outdoor room. Blending traditional design with bold contemporary touches, it invites visitors to slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy the beauty of crafted nature.


WOW!house 2025 opens its doors with more ambition and artistry than ever before. As these spaces come to life, The Fluxx will be there — exploring each room, celebrating each designer and capturing the energy of a show that continues to shape the future of design.

Presented by Design Centre, Chelsea Harbour, WOW!house is the ultimate showhouse experience, offering 22 full-size rooms and outdoor spaces, each imagined by globally celebrated interior designers and brought to life with world-renowned design brands.

Opening Times: Monday to Saturday, 10am – 6pm

Choose a morning slot (10am – 2pm) or afternoon slot (2pm – 6pm), with final entry for afternoon visitors recommended by 5pm to ensure a full experience before closure.
