Stevie Parle, Opens Town Restaurant & Bar, London
Town by Stevie Parle Brings Bold Design and Ingredient-First Dining to Drury Lane
London’s ever-evolving dining scene has a new contender, and it’s already making waves. Town, the latest opening from celebrated chef and restaurateur Stevie Parle, has officially opened its doors on Drury Lane — and it’s a destination where design and flavour sit in perfect harmony.

Located on a tucked-away corner in the West End, Town blends the kind of thoughtful, ingredient-driven cooking that Parle is known for with a striking, design-forward interior that makes it one of the most stylish new restaurants in London.
Design Details to Stay For
Designed by North End Design, the interiors at Town are a feast for the eyes. Lava stone countertops, a lacquered green open kitchen, and sapele wood bar create a tactile, immersive space. Pops of primary colour, soft curves, Jacobsen chairs and a luminous ceiling design round out the look — making this one of the most design-forward restaurants in London.
The result is a restaurant that feels more like a home — or a very stylish friend’s supper club — than a formal night out.
Where Sustainable Food Meets Standout Interiors
At the heart of Town is a pioneering kitchen led by a powerhouse team: Executive Chef Olly Pierrepont (Luca, La Trompette), Head Chef Andy Bright (Kerridge’s Bar & Grill), and culinary talent Zinzan Riess-Hollier (Padella). Together, they’ve crafted a menu that celebrates sustainable British produce, with dishes grounded in simplicity, seasonality, and standout flavour.
From Wildfarmed Beef — raised on regenerative pastures in Oxfordshire — to honey harvested from Stevie Parle’s own bees, Town is redefining farm-to-table dining in the capital. Expect starters like East Kent asparagus with Mangalitsa lardo, or Seasalter clams in grass-fed butter and sherry. Mains feature wood-grilled Romney Marsh hogget, Welsh lobster with XO, and house steaks from Town’s own whole-carcass butchery programme.
For dessert? The boozy Nikka whisky kashi and spiced custard doughnuts are already getting buzz.

The Bar: Curated Cocktails by a London Legend
Behind the bar, Kevin Armstrong of World’s 50 Best cocktail bar Satan’s Whiskers brings his signature sharpness to a compact drinks list. Expect seasonal cocktails, refreshing aperitifs, and a low-ABV drinks menu that balances refinement with fun. The wine offering is equally compelling, mixing rare bottles with a curated by-the-glass list for curious sippers.
